Tarongino – Blood orange wine
Blood orange is the fruit that changes the color in 24 hours. The orange of the flesh turns red and the fruit has a special taste. With 7º alcohol and the properties of red oranges, this wine is extremely fresh.
Color: pale red, with anthocyanin pigments, which have antioxidant properties
Smell: intense citrus and berries.
Taste: slightly acidic, specific to blood oranges, with a sweet evolution and notes of strawberry and other red fruits.
Ingredients: 100% blood orange juice, no sugar and colorants added.
Alcohol: 7%

Calories: 27.9 kcal / 100 ml
Usage: It is consumed at a recommended temperature of 5 ºC, along with an entree, seafood, desserts or other light foods, but also in combination with gin or vodka, which bring a note of elegance and refinement.
Preservation: It is bottled without clarification or aggressive stabilization treatment, so it is possible that over time a natural sediment will appear, this being a sign of purity and integrity. Store in a cool place (12-14⁰) and away from sunlight.
Tarongino production process: The first step is to select the best red oranges from the production available in Sagunto - Valencia. After extracting the juice, it is filtered to remove the pulp and continues with the fermentation process, which takes place in barrels. After the necessary fermentation process has elapsed, the red orange wine is extracted and bottled by hand.
