The return of the product / products ordered and delivered by Licores Romania will be made exclusively to our headquarters by sending them, at the expense of the buyer, through any courier company that delivers on Romanian territory, within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.
Please note that the products will be returned sealed in the original packaging
In order to send the return products by courier, it is necessary to send us your request by e-mail to contact@licores.ro with the following information:
- the list of products proposed for return, together with the order number;
- the reason for the return;
- proof that the products do not show signs of use / wear;
- the number of parcels sent for return;
- sender's telephone number
- IBAN account and full name of the sender;
- email address.
For returned products that show damaged packaging, traces of wear, scratches, bumps, damaged stamp, etc. or are unsealed, Licores Romania will have the right to choose whether or not to accept the return of the products.
The value of the ordered products delivered by Licores Romania and subsequently returned by the buyer customer, under the conditions mentioned above, will be refunded exclusively by bank transfer, to the account sent by e-mail within 14 working days from the date of delivery of the return.
